David Beckham Celebrates Early 50th Birthday in Style — But One Family Member Was Missing

Must read

Football icon David Beckham kicked off his 50th birthday celebrations early with a glamorous party in Miami surrounded by close friends and family. The star, who officially turns 50 in May, looked dapper in a tuxedo as he enjoyed the special evening with wife Victoria Beckham and their children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.

However, fans were quick to notice the absence of eldest son Brooklyn Beckham, 26, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, 30.

While the rest of the Beckham family dazzled in coordinated formalwear, Brooklyn and Nicola were across the country in Santa Barbara. Brooklyn posted a series of idyllic snapshots from a beachside getaway, showing the couple riding horses and enjoying pancakes. The post, captioned “Santa Barbara weekends away,” sparked a wave of comments from fans pointing out his absence from the Miami bash.

“Missing the Miami party,” one user wrote, while another questioned, “Why are you not at your dad’s party? Feels weird for a son to miss such a huge occasion like that.”

Victoria shared stunning images from the night, writing: “What a way to begin the first of many birthday celebrations for @davidbeckham, surrounded by friends and family x Kisses from Miami!”

Among the guests were football legends from David’s Inter Miami CF team, including Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets, as well as long-time friends Gabe Turner, David Gardner, and Ben Winston. Cruz attended with girlfriend Jackie Apostel, and Romeo was joined by his partner Kim Turnbull.

Despite the glamorous atmosphere and loving tributes, the absence of Brooklyn and Nicola didn’t go unnoticed. Fans left questions in the comments under Victoria’s post, asking, “Where is Brooklyn and Nicola?” and describing the situation as “very odd.”

The early bash follows Victoria’s lavish 50th celebration last year, which reportedly cost £250,000 and saw the Spice Girls reunite for a star-studded evening at London’s exclusive Oswald’s club.

David Beckham’s milestone birthday appears to be off to a grand start — but with one very notable seat left empty.
