Kelly Brook Opens Up About Heartbreaking Friendships and Decision to Remain Child-Free

Kelly Brook, 45, has revealed that the most difficult breakups in her life have not been with former partners but with close friends who became mothers. The model and television personality, who married longtime boyfriend Jeremy Parisi in 2022, spoke candidly about how friendships changed over the years due to different life paths.

“The most difficult thing for me, not having children over the last 20 years, has been losing friends because your lives are so different,” Kelly shared. “It’s sad in a way. I miss a lot of my old friends who have kids. To be honest, when I go for lunch and I’m watching them mother their children, I get a bit like, ‘I want the attention, you’re my friends.’ I don’t want to sit there watching people parent.”

Throughout her life in the spotlight, Kelly has had high-profile relationships with Hollywood actor Jason Statham and former rugby star Danny Cipriani. She was also engaged to Thom Evans, with whom she hoped to start a family. However, those plans did not unfold as expected.

Kelly has previously opened up about the emotional toll of pregnancy loss, including a miscarriage in 2011 during her relationship with Thom. Reflecting on her experiences, she and Jeremy ultimately decided not to try for a baby again.

“In my 20s and 30s, I had miscarriages and past relationships that took their toll on me, physically and emotionally. It affected my life, my career, and how I looked at myself; it made me feel like a bit of a failure,” Kelly admitted. “It made me judge my partners negatively, by how they responded to it. I never had a really positive experience with pregnancies and trying for children.”

Despite past struggles, Kelly remains focused on her marriage and career, embracing a fulfilling life without children.
