Just weeks after capturing fans’ hearts on the latest season of Love Island: All Stars, Catherine Agbaje and Omar Nyame have officially called it quits.
The pair, who finished in fourth place during the ITV2 show’s most recent All Stars series, have reportedly ended their relationship despite a seemingly strong connection in the villa. Their split comes after weeks of speculation from fans, many of whom noticed the duo had stopped posting photos together on social media.
While Catherine and Omar are still following each other online, Omar has notably not interacted with Catherine’s latest posts. Fans were quick to question her absence in Omar’s recent Instagram carousel, with comments like “No pictures of your girl?” and “WHERE’S CATHERINE?” flooding the comment section.
The couple beat out Elma Pazar and Sammy Root in the finale, finishing just behind series winners Gabby Dawn Allen and Casey O’Gorman. Post-show, both Catherine and Omar shared touching messages reflecting on their journey and expressing gratitude to each other and their supporters.
Catherine wrote: “What a journey it has been! I would have never thought walking in the second time I would firstly find someone and secondly have made brothers and sisters for life.”
Omar also praised Catherine in a heartfelt post, saying: “Without her, things wouldn’t be this way… I can’t wait to show you all more fun times ahead as we embark on this new journey in life.”
During their time on the show, the couple appeared to be on a smooth path, with even their families discussing long-term plans. However, both stars have now chosen to go their separate ways as they continue their lives post-Love Island.
