Social media star and cleaning influencer Mrs Hinch has reassured her fans after being hospitalised due to a blood clot, just three weeks after giving birth to her third child.

The 35-year-old influencer, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, took to Instagram to share the concerning news directly from her hospital bed on Thursday. Sophie explained that doctors discovered a blood clot in her groin, pelvis, and leg area, prompting immediate medical intervention.

In a heartfelt video from her hospital bed, Sophie told followers, “I had a blood clot in my groin, pelvis, and leg area. It’s been a tough few days.” She later provided a comforting update, posting a series of family photos to confirm she had returned home safely to her husband and their three sons—Ronnie, five; Lennie, three; and newborn Vinnie.

In her emotional post, Sophie thanked fans for their support, writing: “I’m now at home with my family. Sending lots of love to you all.” Fans flooded her comments with supportive messages, expressing relief at her recovery.
