Olivia Attwood Reveals the Real Reason She Went on Love Island After Husband’s Cheating Scandal

Must read

Olivia Attwood has opened up about the real reason she joined Love Island after a turbulent moment in her relationship with now-husband Bradley Dack.

The couple first met in 2015 through mutual friends at a nightclub and soon began dating. However, their relationship faced challenges, leading to a brief split before they ultimately got back together. Olivia, who initially rose to fame as one of the most popular contestants on Love Island, is now a documentary maker for ITV.

Speaking on the Newlyweds podcast with Sophie and Jamie Laing, Olivia and Bradley reflected on their rocky relationship and the circumstances that led to their breakup. Bradley, 31, admitted he was the first to say “I love you” when they first started dating, but their romance soon faced hurdles.

Olivia, 33, revealed that she had initially been approached by Love Island producers for the third season of the show. However, at the time, she was in a relationship with Bradley and was not motivated to leave him for a reality TV appearance.

Olivia explained, “The weirdest thing is how this played out, it’s like fate. So they ring me for Love Island series 3, and I’m dating him. I’m like, ‘I just don’t think I can honestly say, like, I’m single to do this.’ And I actually really liked you, so I just wasn’t that motivated to part ways to go on a TV show.”

Despite her initial hesitation, the course of Olivia’s life was about to change forever, as she eventually joined Love Island, leading to a whirlwind journey that changed both her personal and professional life.
