Epstein Gaddafi Meeting details have emerged showing that Prince Andrew, Duke of York, tried to facilitate a meeting between Jeffrey Epstein and Colonel Muammar Gaddafi in late 2010. At the time, Andrew served as the UK’s trade envoy. The emails reveal Epstein’s interest in managing financial affairs for Gaddafi, who was then Libya’s leader.
The correspondence began with Epstein reaching out to an associate of Prince Andrew to organize a trip to Tripoli. He wrote that individuals who had met Gaddafi suggested he might want to meet the Libyan leader. Epstein asked whether Andrew could make the introduction. His emails repeatedly refer to Gaddafi as “the father” or “the leader” to distinguish him from his son, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi.
Prince Andrew’s associate replied quickly, noting that the Duke was considering the request. Andrew later confirmed he would speak to a Libyan contact to arrange the meeting. Subsequent emails show Andrew informing Epstein that “Libya fixed,” suggesting he had facilitated preliminary arrangements. Epstein responded that he would travel if the meeting could be organized easily and assured that it would occur.
Despite the plans, the meeting ultimately did not take place. Epstein’s later travel records indicate he flew from the UAE to Turkey, then France, bypassing Libya entirely. The emails do not provide a clear reason for the cancellation, but they do show sustained communication between Epstein and Prince Andrew.
Throughout the exchange, Andrew referenced his prior contacts in Libya and his meetings with Colonel Gaddafi and his son as trade envoy. He expressed willingness to help Epstein and indicated he had connections who could facilitate introductions. The emails underscore the level of access Epstein sought through the Duke.
The timing of these messages coincides with Andrew’s official travel diary, which shows an October 17, 2010 visit to Hong Kong. This aligns with emails mentioning Andrew’s presence in Asia at that time.
The release of these emails adds to the growing scrutiny of Prince Andrew’s past associations with Epstein. Legal and public observers have highlighted concerns over Andrew’s involvement in trying to facilitate meetings between Epstein and high-profile figures.
Epstein Gaddafi Meeting emails demonstrate how Epstein attempted to use his network to secure influence with powerful leaders. The revelations also highlight Prince Andrew’s role in potentially facilitating these introductions during his tenure as a UK trade envoy.
