“I’ve had Botox, lasers, and this and that,” Cowell said in an interview. “Sometimes I look OK, sometimes I don’t.”

He eats dinner early, around 5:30 p.m., enjoying smoked haddock, fish cakes, and gluten-free chicken and mushroom pie.
