Former Love Island winner Jack Fincham, 33, has revealed the extent of his struggles with addiction, including gambling, alcohol, and drugs, since his appearance on the show in 2018. Fincham described himself as an “addict” and admitted to having spent over £1 million on these vices.
In a candid interview, Fincham discussed his gambling habits, recalling a period in 2021 when he began playing blackjack with £5,000 hands. He shared an anecdote about losing £7,000 during a 40-minute taxi ride. He also suggested that his gambling stakes sometimes reached over £30,000, and on one occasion, he spent £38,000 in a single day. Fincham explained that while he sometimes won substantial amounts, he would quickly lose it all, leaving him in financial difficulties. He has reportedly begun to turn his life around at the end of last year.
