Love Island finances are in the spotlight as All Stars returns for a third winter series. The show brings back past contestants to find love and revive careers. Many returning Islanders hope the villa will provide new opportunities and financial security.
Several former stars struggle with their businesses since leaving the villa. Jess returned after splitting from Sammy Root, aiming to revive her beauty and performing arts firms. Candy Aestheticsx Ltd held only £311 in reserves in May 2025. Candy Media Ltd performed slightly better, holding £5,146 last January. Despite her fame, Jess faces financial pressure.
Whitney Adebayo also faces challenges. Her hairdressing firm Candycornerco Ltd fell £6,327 into debt and owes £50,000 to creditors. Whittbrowns Ltd, her performing arts company, held only £894 in reserves. Whitney Hair Ltd went dormant, while Whitney Adebayo Properties Ltd shut down entirely. These struggles highlight the fragile nature of Love Island finances.
Leanne Amaning and Sean Stone hope the villa will support their ventures. Leanne’s cosmetics firm Gleam Ldn Cosmetics Ltd closed after holding just £21 in reserves. Sean’s Sweet Delivery Ltd holds only £896 in reserves despite employing three people.
Charlie Frederick also faces setbacks. His sports business, Chiseled by Charlie Ltd, remains in debt and faces closure. Meanwhile, his retail and watch firms failed to file accounts, so Companies House removed them.
In contrast, some stars thrive. Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury earned £9 million through brand deals, her memoir, and other ventures. Dani Dyer, 2018 series winner, earned £7.1 million from her podcast, acting projects, and clothing lines. Amber Davies and Maura Higgins each gained around £3.2 million through theatre, fashion collaborations, and reality TV appearances.
Despite fame, Love Island finances remain unpredictable. Contestants return to the villa to rebuild opportunities, boost exposure, and secure deals.
Love Island finances show that fame alone does not guarantee stability. Contestants must pursue business ventures, public appearances, and sponsorships to succeed after the villa.
