“National Emergency for Women and Girls” Reform UK Demands Immediate Action

Sarah Pochin, Reform UK’s newest MP, has declared a “national emergency for women and girls”during a fiery speech at the Women for Reform press conference. She warned that threats to female safety are escalating rapidly. Additionally, she accused the government of worsening the crisis through lax immigration policies.

Pochin argued that illegal migration has spread across the UK, leaving few communities unaffected. She strongly criticized the housing of asylum seekers in hotels, calling it a misuse of taxpayer money. Furthermore, she claimed the government enables danger by failing to secure borders.

According to Pochin, most illegal arrivals are young men from conservative Muslim nations like Afghanistan. She insisted these individuals often hold outdated views on women’s rights. Moreover, she suggested their presence increases risks for British women and girls.

“This isn’t just negligence—it’s a national emergency for women and girls,” Pochin stated. She accused ministers of ignoring the problem while taxpayers foot the bill. Reform UK, she vowed, would take drastic action if in power.

Pochin promised her party would deport all illegal migrants immediately. She also pledged to withdraw from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). These measures, she argued, would restore safety and control.

Meanwhile, the government has pledged to stop using hotels for asylum seekers by 2029. However, Pochin dismissed this as too little, too late. “We’re seeing a daily influx of people who reject our values,” she said.
