Kevin Lynch victim details emerged after police confirmed charges following an alleged assault near a Liverpool golf club.
Authorities say the incident happened near Huyton and Prescot Golf Club on Sunday evening. Moreover, emergency crews responded quickly after reports of a violent attack.
