Former Love Island star Laura Anderson has once again sparked backlash after expressing dissatisfaction with her first-class flight home from Dubai with her one-year-old daughter, Bonnie. Despite having access to an onboard lounge, extra space, and a chauffeur-driven car, the reality TV personality shared her frustrations about the journey on Instagram, prompting fans to call her out for her complaints.
Laura documented the seven-hour flight in a video titled “Part 2 – we’re never going on holiday again.” and shared how she managed the trip alone with her energetic toddler. In the clip, she revealed that Bonnie was active throughout the flight, roaming around the cabin and interacting with passengers.
“She did have an extra little nap in the morning, as we’d woken up so early. This spare seat next to me honestly saved my soul, and so did the lounge,” Laura explained. “It’s all about space, hence I’m now skint.”
She also humorously described moments from the journey, including Bonnie playfully “flirting” with the cabin crew and smacking a sleeping passenger, which woke him up. “At one point, she actually smacked a sleeping old man’s ass,” Laura shared, adding, “And yes, he woke up and thought it was me.”
The reality star joked about her challenges navigating luggage and managing Bonnie while getting home, noting, “I’m actually gutted I didn’t film my ninja skills getting these cases off that belt, simultaneously holding her and switching buggies.” Laura concluded her post with a lament about returning to a broken lift and climbing three flights of stairs, saying, “Hilarious. I’m never going on holiday again.”
However, her followers were less than sympathetic. Some criticized her for complaining about traveling in luxury, with one commenter saying, “Lol jeez, just imagine you had to suffer in economy.” Another added, “You don’t know you’re born.”
This isn’t the first time Laura has faced criticism for her travel-related posts. Just two weeks ago, she drew backlash for grumbling about a business-class flight.
