Love Island Star Defends Herself Against ‘Fake’ Grace Jackson Message Claims

Must read

Former Love Island star Mitch Taylor has hit back at backlash after sharing alleged messages from Love Island All Starsfinalist Grace Jackson, which some have accused of being fake.

Grace, 26, who finished as runner-up alongside Luca Bish in the ITV2 reality show, was embroiled in controversy before the final when claims surfaced that she had said she would do “whatever it takes to win” the competition. The accusation was brought to light by former islander Olivia Hawkins, 29, during her return to the villa in Sunday’s episode.

Olivia confronted Grace, stating, “So I’ve seen text messages of Grace just saying to someone that she will do whatever it takes to win the show this time.” She added that the alleged messages had come from “someone back home.”

Grace firmly denied the claims, responding, “That is absolutely not true. I do not care about winning the show.” She challenged Olivia to provide proof, saying, “I would love to see them.” The 26-year-old suggested that the messages may have been fabricated, calling them “forged.”

During the live final, when host Maya Jama asked Olivia if she had the supposed evidence, Olivia doubled down, saying, “I’ve seen them. I’ve said what I said. You know me, I’m very straight-talking. But I honestly wish them the best.” Grace responded confidently, stating, “I’m very straight-talking too, and there’s absolutely no receipts, so I can’t wait to apparently see them.”

The controversy has sparked debate among fans, with some siding with Grace and others questioning the authenticity of the messages.
