Partnering with Apple Music, the monarch launched The King’s Music Room, where he reflected on the power of music to evoke memories, bring comfort, and unite people. “Music has meant a great deal to me throughout my life. It has the remarkable ability to bring joy and lift our spirits,” he said.
The playlist highlights the diverse musical heritage of the Commonwealth, with Errollyn Wallen, the King’s Master of Music, praising it as a “fun and eclectic collection” showcasing global creativity.
This isn’t the first time Charles has shared his love for music—his previous selections included classics by Diana Ross and Edith Piaf. Now, with this new playlist, the King offers a personal glimpse into the songs that have shaped his life.
